Project-Based Services
Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
Once work has started (strategy, research, or creative execution), only a partial refund may be issued at Sociobricks’ discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
Retainer/Subscription Services
Monthly or recurring service agreements (e.g., social media management, paid ads, SEO) can be canceled with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the ongoing month’s services once work has commenced.
Campaigns & Paid Advertising
Campaign budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable to Sociobricks’ service fees if campaign execution has not yet started.
Strategy calls, consultations, and audit services (once delivered).
Creative deliverables such as designs, videos, or content pieces that have already been shared with the client.
Any third-party tool, software, or platform costs purchased on behalf of the client.
