Terms of Service

1. Services

Sociobricks provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• Ecommerce Solutions
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Performance Marketing
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Automation Solutions
• WhatsApp API Solutions
• Consulting

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change before project confirmation.

3. Project Commencement

Projects begin only after proposal approval, receipt of required documents, and initial payment completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, submit content on time, approve deliverables promptly, and maintain ownership rights for submitted materials. Project delays caused by missing client inputs may extend delivery timelines.

5. Payments

Payments are generally structured as advance payment before work begins, milestone payments (where applicable), and final payment before project handover. Late payments may delay project delivery.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The client retains ownership of their original content.
• Sociobricks retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and internal processes.
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, except for third-party licensed assets.

8. Marketing Services Disclaimer

Advertising performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including market competition, audience behavior, product quality, pricing, landing pages, seasonality, and advertising platform policies. We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, ROAS, or business results.

9. Website Hosting

If hosting is managed by the client, Sociobricks is not responsible for hosting outages, server failures, domain expiration, or third-party software issues.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or payment gateways. Changes made by these platforms are outside our control.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociobricks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
